Sometimes, our seniors could use some help with projects.  We are running a "Summer Special" for Senior Citizens.  We are discounting the Service Assessment Fee to $99, which may be credited to our bill for services.

Attention all landlords!  Contribute to the safety and cleanliness of your communities, and the health and happiness of your tenants.  We will provide dumpster and labor for removal of items your tenants want removed on a special "Community Cleanup Day." Call for details!
